Beautiful, playful,
Tiny blue bird
For us to hear
For us to rejoice
To be enchanted
by your sweetness.
Fly high playfully
Touch the blue sky
Let your blue
Mingle with azure blue
A divine sight
For us to see
We who love, adore you
We who care and cherish.
Don’t burden your soul
By heavy thoughts
By hurt, pain, sorrow
They will weigh you down
Steal the sky from you
To soar high
You need a weightless soul
Don’t gather too much weight.
Don’t let the chains
Let wrap themselves
Around your tiny ankles
Chains of cruel words
Chains of harsh words
Break free of them
To fly in the blue sky
Look at it- its calling you.
This post is for Jingle and her Thursday Rally for poet. Our sweet Jingle is unwell this week.
We all are hoping for her quick recovery and return. Take care of yourself, without you our world is very silent.
A bookworm transformed into an addicted writer. I love to write and illustrate them myself. By love I mean love, no half-hearted relationship, a full-fledged, passionate love, I can’t pass two days in a stretch without writing/painting (cyber), just feel empty like lovers do when their lovers are away on a tour!

It is you and the wind that makes you fly
Fluttering so freely with all this joy
Cuddly so loving like a cute little toy
So always fly freely and do not skip a beat
As to have you around always is surely a treat
