the traitor

He no longer comes
To add delight to my tranquil dusks
By display of his diving tricks
In the evening air.
Last evening i had a glimpse
Saw him sitting on a far away roof
Soaking cool breeze
Under the evening sky.
Whatever confusion I had
He blew it away
When he flew past me
In broad daylight
To gently settle there.
Ah you wicked soul!
Maybe, you too love and guard
Your solitude.
