Does such things happen in India?
at a regular interval- witch hunting and honour killings both!
I have seen documentaries about these occurrences within India… As a mother I find it difficult to understand, and yet, if you have been brought up to believe such things, then ridding them from the psyche would be difficult for some…
So much needs to change in our world, Sharmishtha; these must be high on the list…
these things need to be dealt with realy firmness, sometimes people need a firm reminder that they dont have any right to poke their daggers in the bodies of others.

yes, and if you read their methods of “honour” killing then you will wonder about sane world!
